4     Select “Allowance / Deduction Report” link on the left pane.

4     The “Allowance / Deduction Report” page appears.

4     The system displays the following field.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Reporting Unit

From the drop down list box, select the required reporting unit.

Payroll Unit

From the drop down list box select the required payroll unit.  This is a mandatory field. 

Payroll Calendar

From the drop down list box select the required payroll calendar.  This is a mandatory field. 

Payroll

From the drop down list box select the required payroll.  This is a mandatory field. 

Payset

From the drop down list box select the payset for which you want to view the allowance/deduction summary.  This is a mandatory field.  

Payroll Status

From the drop down list box select the payroll status.  The default status is “Authorized”.

The drop down box displays ”Authorized”, “Processed”

Process Period From

To view the allowance/deduction summary for a specific period from, enter the Process Period From.  This is a mandatory field.

Process Period To

To view the allowance/deduction summary for a specific period to, enter the Process Period To.  This is a mandatory field.

Work Location

From the drop down list box select the required Work Location.

Group By

From the drop down list box select the required Group By applicable.

Then Group By  

From the drop down list box select the required Group By applicable on the basis of the Group By 1 selected.

Then Group By

From the drop down list box select the required Group By applicable on the basis of the Group By 1 & 2 selected.

Pay Element Classification

From the drop down list box select the pay element classification for which you want to view the allowance/deduction summary.

Employee Name Display Format

From the drop down list box, select the required type of format for the display of the employee name in the report.

For example, if you select the format as “F.M.Last”, the name “Robert Louis Stevenson”, will be displayed as “R.L.Stevenson”.

Date Format Display

From the drop down list box select the required type of date format for the display in the report. 

4     Select the “Allowance / Deduction Report” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.

4     The system displays the following output based on the input as given by the user.
