Basics of using a Ramco Enterprise Series web page

Using online help

4    Select “YTD Employee Earnings" link from the left pane.

     The “YTD Employee Earnings” page appears.

4     Enter the details in the following fields

Reporting Unit

From the drop down list box, select the required reporting unit.

Employment Unit

From the drop-down list box, select the name of the employment unit to view the YTD values of earnings and deductions of the employees.  This is a mandatory field.

4     Enter any or all of the following in the “Report Criteria” group box

Yearly / Date Range Radio Button

Either select Yearly option to filter data for a year or Date Range Option for filter data for a period.

By default, Yearly is opted.

Report Based On

If Yearly Option is chosen, this field will be visible and there will be 2 options to choose from:

  • Calendar Year (Default)

  • Tax Year

Year

The year for which you require to view the earnings and deductions of employees. 

Report Mode

Choose the mode of display in which the report should be generated. Currently ‘Sum’ is supported.

From Date

If Date Range Option is chosen, then From date control will be visible. User can key in From Date from which the report is to be generated.

To Date

If Date Range Option is chosen, then To date control will be visible. User can key in To Date till which the report is to be generated.

Note:

  • Either From or To dates is mandatory.

  • If From Date is given and To date is not given, then To date will be considered as the last day of the Calendar year in which the From date is falling.

  • If From Date is not given and To date is given, then From date will be considered as the First day of the Calendar year in which the To date is falling.

  • If Both From and To dates are given, then that date range to be considered.

Employee  From

The employee code from which you require to view the earnings and deductions of the employees.

The employee code until which you require to view the earnings and deductions of the employees.

Employee Name Display Format

From the drop down list box, select the required type of format to display the employee name in the report.

For example, if you select the format as “F.M.Last”, the name “Robert Louis Stevenson”, will be displayed as “R.L.Stevenson”.

Detailed Report

This checkbox can be checked to generate the Excel report in detail Process Period wise. If excel report is generated with unchecking this, then only total YTD values for the selected year or period will be generated.
