4 Select “Exit Employee Pending Claims" link from the left pane.
The “Exit Employee Pending Claims” page appears.
4 The system displays the following field
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
4 Enter the details in the following fields
Reporting Unit |
From the drop down list box, select the required reporting unit. |
4 Enter any or all of the following in the “Report Criteria” group box
Employment Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the name of the employment unit to view the pending claim details of the employees who are separating from the organization. This is a mandatory field. |
Claim Item |
From the drop-down list box, select the claim item for which you require to view the pending claim details of the employees who are separating from the organization. . |
Claim Status |
From the drop-down list box, select any one of the following claim statuses to view the report of a specific status

Employee Code From |
The employee code from which you need to view the pending claim details. Help Available |
Employee Code To |
The employee code until which you need to view the pending claim details. Help Available |
Claim Element |
From the drop-down list box select the claim element for which you require to view the pending claim details. |
As on Date |
The date for which you require to view the pending claim details of the employees who are separating from the organization.. |
4 Select the following in the “Display Criteria” Group box.
Date Display Format |
From the drop down list box, select the required type of date format for display in the report. |
Employee Name Display Format |
From the drop down list box, select the required type of format to display the employee name in the report. For example, if you select the format as “F.M.Last”, the name “Robert Louis Stevenson”, will be displayed as “R.L.Stevenson”. |
4 Select “Exit Employee Pending Claims” pushbutton at the bottom of the page to generate the report.
